Rachel ClarkI studied Public Health Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University and am very interested in how our lifestyle choices, particularly those around diet, affect our health and wellbeing.

Earlier in my career I delivered weight loss programmes and also developed a Healthy Eating Award for businesses in Kent. I have been a member of World Cancer Research Fund’s Health Information team since 2011.

I enjoy hiking, reading, cooking and trying out new recipes.
