An exciting opportunity has arisen at World Cancer Research Fund for a Supporter Services Assistant to join us on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
World Cancer Research Fund champions the latest and most authoritative scientific research from around the world on cancer prevention and survival through diet, weight and physical activity, so that we can empower people to make informed lifestyle choices to reduce their cancer risk.
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills, along with practical experience in dealing with telephone enquiries and making outbound calls. You’ll also need to be proficient at data administration.
The role will include building strong relationships with World Cancer Research Fund’s supporters, donors, our fundraisers and the general public.
The successful candidate will work as part of our small, friendly Supporter Services Team, which sits within the larger Fundraising and Health Information directorate.
