WCRF is the UK’s leading cancer prevention charity focusing on the link between cancer and risk factors such as diet, body weight and physical activity.

We are seeking a Senior Digital Fundraiser to join our small but busy Fundraising department. This is an exciting time to be joining WCRF, as our focus is on our digital fundraising strategy and innovation. We do not receive any government or statutory funding, so fundraising (both restricted and unrestricted) is the life blood of our organisation.

The post holder will work closely with colleagues across Communications & Engagement, Digital/Web, Health Information and Fundraising to develop and drive WCRF’s digital fundraising strategy. You will work with colleagues in these teams to test campaigns and gather insights and learnings, to then develop and implement campaigns to increase income generation, acquisition, supporter loyalty, retention and engagement.

In particular, you will help to develop our supporter engagement, which will involve creating supporter journeys, with an aim of converting offline donors to online donors. This will involve maximising our digital platforms to increase brand awareness and attract new audiences; analysing trends in fundraising; developing key touch points and reporting on performance and progress.

You will also look at data capture to help increase our number of digital supporters and will analyse user journeys.

The ability to organise your work, build excellent rapport with people inside and outside the charity, and your willingness to undertake tasks to support the entire team, is essential.
