Our cookbooks and other health information resources can empower people to make lifestyle choices that can help prevent cancer, so we can live happy, healthy cancer-free lives.
We asked Sarah Drabble, who writes our cookbooks, to share her favourite recipe from this one with us:
My favourite is the salmon, bean and pea fishcake bite. I’m partial to fishcakes, but they can be quite heavy with potato. In this recipe, all the potato has been replaced with butter beans, which are a good source of protein and fibre. Two or three of these with a side of salad or veg make a lovely, light meal.
As a charity we offer our cookbooks for free, but we can only do this thanks to the generosity of our supporters – people like you!
