We don’t use alcohol in our recipes as it increases the risk of cancer. This delicious eggnogg is lower in calories too! Perfect for anyone wanting to cut down on booze and stay a healthy weight.

Ingredients

  • 1 litre no added sugar, barista-style oat milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened custard powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for serving
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

CALORIES: 101

FAT: 3.9g

SALT: 0.2g

SUGAR: 5g

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until smooth. Use the back of a spoon to squash any lumps.
  2. Pour into a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Stir regularly until it starts to simmer and thicken.
  3. Remove from the heat and serve, topped with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Alternatively, once it has cooled a little, pour into a jug and place in the fridge to chill before serving.
