1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra for serving
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg

Method
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and stir until smooth. Use the back of a spoon to squash any lumps.
Pour into a saucepan and place over a medium heat. Stir regularly until it starts to simmer and thicken.
Remove from the heat and serve, topped with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Alternatively, once it has cooled a little, pour into a jug and place in the fridge to chill before serving.
