I first tried frozen yoghurt on a childhood trip to the USA, and it was love at first lick. Even though that was years ago, it is still surprisingly uncommon here in the UK. So when I discovered how easy it was to make, I simply had to share it with you. Any frozen fruit will work in this fool-proof recipe.
- 160g frozen strawberries
- 100g fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon clear honey
- 5 minutes
- 5 A DAY:
Nutrition information (per serving)
- Place all the ingredients in a blender, and blend.
- Scoop into two bowls and serve immediately.
Other frozen fruit can work well too. Why not try cherries or mango? You could even try adding fresh herbs like basil
