Ingredients
1 large spring onion, finely sliced
½ large mild green chilli, seeds removed and finely sliced
¼ inch cube fresh ginger, finely chopped
1 large garlic clove, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon sesame or vegetable oil
1 dessertspoon reduced-salt soy sauce

Method
Combine the ingredients in a bowl.
Pour over two fillets of white meat or fish before grilling.
