Ginger beer is one of my family's favourites – I find it has the perfect balance of sweetness and zing. So it is unsurprising that a Moscow Mule would be a cocktail of choice. Try this alcohol-free version, which still contains all the delicious flavour but fewer calories.
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- Ice cubes
- 600ml diet ginger beer
- 5 minutes
- 5 A DAY:
Nutrition information (per serving)
- Squeeze half the lime wedges into each tumbler, and then drop them into the tumblers.
- Add a couple of ice cubes to each tumbler, then pour half of the ginger beer into each, and mix.
- Fill the glasses with ice and serve.
