Champagne is synonymous with celebrations, but of course we encourage you to limit alcohol, if you drink at all. Rather than missing out though, this beautiful drink looks just as special and tastes delicious, with its hint of elderflower.

  • 2 tablespoons elderflower cordial
  • 250ml sparkling mineral water, chilled
  • 8 blueberries

Method
  1. For each serving, add one tablespoon of elderflower cordial to the bottom of a champagne flute.
  2. Pour half the chilled sparkling mineral water into each glass.
  3. Add half the blueberries to each glass and serve.
