- 200g blackberries
- 1 lime, juice only
- 750ml cold water
- 250ml apple juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 apple, sliced to garnish
- 10 minutes

- In a food processor, blend together most of the blackberries with the lime juice and 100ml water. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the blackberry mixture into a large jug and top up with the apple juice, the rest of the cold water and handful of ice cubes. Garnish with a sliced apple and remaining blackberries.
