Affogato is traditionally a vanilla ice cream drowned in coffee – and it’s the perfect mix between a post-dinner coffee and dessert. We’ve used frozen yoghurt to lower the fat and sugar in our version. Use decaf coffee if you’re enjoying this dessert in the evening and find it difficult to sleep after caffeine.
