Activ8: Eat Well, Move More

WCRF's 8-week interactive programme will help you build healthy habits to eat smarter and move more!

We all want to live more healthily, but equally, we all know how difficult it can be to change behaviour – especially in the direction of that healthy lifestyle. But it CAN be done – all you need is a little personal motivation and some encouragement and guidance from someone who's got your back.

So, here's the deal – you agree to accept the challenge and make a few small changes to your daily routines. In return, we agree to provide some regular inspiration, motivation and step-by-step expert nutrition and physical activity advice to help keep you going.
