Trick or treat? Here are some spine-tingling recipes for this Halloween!

Healthy Halloween-themed snacks

At World Cancer Research Fund, we’re getting into the Halloween spirit by pulling out the face paint, fangs, claws, cat’s tails and skeleton bones. But as trick or treating seems almost impossible in parts of the UK this year, we thought we would bring the thrill of all hallows’ eve to your door! This year we’ve come up with the spook-tacular idea of sharing scary Halloween recipe videos that our staff have created alongside their families.

While we all associate Halloween with candy and sweet treats, why not mix it up and make some hideously delicious snacks that everyone will enjoy. From ghosts to ghouls, werewolves and even a cat or two, we have plenty of characters to keep you entertained – all while helping you satisfy any tummy rumbles!

Cauliflower cheese monsters

Has cauliflower ever looked so scary? Jess and her niece Izzie, or should I say cat woman and werewolf girl, are bringing the monsters alive! And you can make your own cauliflower monsters too.

It looks like it’s witching hour! Sidonie is getting her cauldron boiling and making her witches brew. If you want to taste it, here are a list of the potion ingredients.

Oh we have a cat off, here’s Rachel and her son Ewan scaring the bones off us! They’re both creating stuffed mushroom cat faces, Meeeeow! Sharpen your claws, dust-off your whiskers, and make your way to the kitchen to cook this recipe.
