What information do we collect? How do we use it?

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognises the consumer’s domain name, but not the email address. We collect only the domain name of visitors to our website and aggregate information on what pages consumers visit and information volunteered by the consumer – such as survey information and site registrations. The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded. It is used to improve the content of our website and not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes. If you supply us with your email or postal address online you will only receive the information for which you provided us with your address. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers online may be contacted by telephone by us with information regarding orders they have placed online. If you place an online order, we need to know your name, email address, postal address and, if applicable, credit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to keep you informed of the status of your order.

Where we share your personal data we will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
