24 king prawns, raw (6 per skewer)
4 skewers, soaked in cold water if wooden
1 tsp dried chilli flakes
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
½ a lime, juiced
1 tbsp olive oil
Ground black pepper, to taste

Method
Place the prawns in a bowl, add all the marinade ingredients, and mix together with your hands.
Cover the bowl with tin foil or cling film and place it in the fridge for a couple of hours.
After soaking your wooden skewers in cold water, start threading 6 prawns per skewer.
Place the skewers on the BBQ once hot for a couple of minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.
