Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons reduced-fat spread, suitable for baking (10g)
  • 30g rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or runny honey
  • 200g low-fat fromage frais
  • 250g mixed strawberries and raspberries (160g/90g)
  • Fresh mint leaves for decoration, optional

Method

  1. With help from an adult, melt the spread in a small saucepan over a medium heat. Add the oats and the syrup or honey and stir. Cook for about 5 minutes, until the oats start to turn brown.
  2. Spread the oats over a piece of baking paper and leave to cool.
  3. Meanwhile, again with an adult, chop the strawberries into small chunks.
  4. Then put all the ingredients into a large bowl. Mix them together.
  5. Next, spoon some of the mixture into a glass.
  6. Add some mint for decoration and serve!
