Doing something every day, or on a regular basis, is how habits are formed. So instead of an unhealthy habit, we are challenging people to take steps towards getting more active this Advent.

Get started this December

Exercise specialist James Drabble has designed an exercise Advent calendar especially for World Cancer Research Fund. It is simple enough for almost anyone to do and is suitable for people who have a sedentary lifestyle.

Being active for at least 30 minutes every day can reduce the risk of breast, bowel and womb (endometrium) cancers, and can be broken down into shorter bouts over the day.1

Why not encourage anyone who wants to be more active to complete our exercise Advent challenge this December?
