WCRF UK’s publications offer practical advice on reducing cancer risk, choosing a healthy diet, being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight. WCRF UK produces a variety of publications, which are suitable for the general public, including leaflets, booklets and health aids.
Leaflets and booklets appear in PDF format, so feel free to download them. Alternatively you can also order printed copies.

Physical Activity Diary
This practical tool allows patients to record their weekly activities and how long they have been active for. On the reverse we have included tips on how to be more active and examples of how many calories can be burned by doing various activities.
