At WCRF UK we encourage people to be physically active and eat healthily. Taking part in a fundraising campaign can be a really good way to combine the two, as well as raising funds for cancer research and education programmes of cancer prevention. Thank you for your support!
Fruity Friday (14 May 2010)
Fruity Friday is WCRF UK’s annual fundraising and awareness campaign with a twist. It’s a great way to get companies, schools, health professionals and even your local community involved. Fruity Friday is an annual awareness and fundraising campaign by WCRF U), to increase public awareness of the links between diet, nutrition and cancer prevention, and to raise valuable funds. Beat the Banana
Take part in WCRF UK’s annual London 5km fun run on Thursday 13 May 2010 or organise your own banana event. It’s an easy and fun way to get physically active!
Wildflower Picnic
WCRF UK invites you to celebrate this summer with family and friends, by holding a fundraising picnic to try out some of WCRF UK’s healthy recipes.
£100 Challenge
WCRF invites you take up the £100 Challenge by holding a small fundraising event. From cake sales to coffee mornings, our fundraising pack includes an A-Z of ideas to help you get started.
Fitness Friday
If you fancy organising something energetic, such as aerobathon or spinning classes on behalf of WCRF UK, we can provide you with fundraising packs and special t-shirts.
Pace for Prevention
If you fancy organising something a bit gentler, such as a sponsored walk on behalf of WCRF UK, we can provide you with fundraising packs and pedometers.
Memorials
If you’ve recently lost someone close you may wish to arrange a collection or small fundraiser in their honour, we have a number of ways that you can pass on any memorial donations.

£10 enables us to send approx 10 Great Grub Club membership packs to schools which help educate 4-7 year olds on health eating and physical activity.

£50 enables us to print and distribute approx 60 copies of our Informed newsletter for doctors, nurses and health professionals.

£100 would enable an expert team to carry out a day of life-saving cancer research
