What is Fruity Friday?
Support World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK) by taking part in Go Bananas on Fruity Friday. Fruity Friday is an annual awareness and fundraising campaign by WCRF UK, to increase public awareness of the links between diet, nutrition and cancer prevention, and to raise valuable funds for cancer research and education programmes of cancer prevention.
Fruity Friday takes place during WCRF UK's annual Cancer Prevention Week which this next is between Monday 14 and Sunday 20 of May. Cancer Prevention Week aims to promote healthy lifestyle choices, including healthy eating, physical activity and maintaining a healthy weight, that can help prevent up to a third of all cancers.

Why support World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK)?
WCRF UK is dedicated to preventing cancer. Scientific research shows that about a third of the most common cancers could be prevented through eating a healthy diet, being physical active and maintaining a healthy weight.
