Sisters, Nic and Shell, are excited to be taking part in the British 10K London Run for World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK). The funds they raise will go towards our vital cancer prevention work. "As a sister team we are really excited to be running the British 10k to raise money for WCRF UK.

We are running for our wonderful mum who beat breast cancer last year and is an absolutely amazing lady. We are also running for our gran, who survived breast cancer twice before she passed away six years ago.

We are both keen runners and health geeks but this is the first time we have ever taken each other on in a race! We both have a bit of healthy competition going on and aim to complete the race in just 50 minutes.
