Brighton Marathon

Sunday 15th Apr 2012

£0.00
raised so far

"I am participating in the Brighton Marathon both for the personal physical and mental goal and as this is my first marathon, I want to push myself. Also, I want to raise a significant amount of money to help fight to prevent cancer. I feel that now I have completed my studies I want to give something back and plan for this to be the first of many sponsorship fundraising events that I will contribute to.

I have chosen to run for WCRF UK as I admire the work they do, and although I have not had first hand experience in losing a loved one to cancer, I have witnessed the devastation and trauma it causes through families and within communities. I hope that my fundraising will make a difference to this cause and by hosting fun exciting events it will also create a fun day for people getting involved.

Thanks for your support"
