"I am proud to be running for World Cancer Research Fund once again. I have had several relatives and friends, including both parents, who have suffered from or lost their lives to Cancer and this is why I support WCRF UK and the fantastic work they in do in researching the causes of the disease and ways of stopping it in the first place.

As ever, I am running it in memory of my parents, Margaret & Bill Rayner and everyone else I have known or had the pleasure of meeting over the years who have succumbed to this disease including, Paul Fox (The Ruts) and Adrian Normanton (Old Otliensians RUFC president).
