It’s that time of year again where I take to the roads of London Town, absorbing its spectacular beauty while building on the mileage that a marathon requires!

Having completed the London Marathon last year, no doubt one of the best days in my life, the marathon bug got me!!!

This year I will be heading down to the coast of Brighton on the 15th April to join the crowds to run the Brighton Marathon.

In honour of my dad Vaughan, who sadly passed away from cancer 11 years ago, I have been lucky enough to get a place to run for World Cancer Research Fund.  Having lost a parent to cancer and lived his last days with him, it is truly a traumatic and sad time in one’s life. 

I feel very privileged running for this charity knowing that important research surrounding cancer is being done. 

I would greatly appreciate your support and donations for this worthy cause, as cancer is a worldly phenomenon and one that is close to home in my world.

I would like to thank you in advance for any amount that you donate and, if you’re in the area on the 15th April, come on down to the coast of Brighton for a fun day of cheering us all on!!!
