"Having witnessed first hand the devastation cancer can cause, I have decided that I need to do something to help fund World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK) and their ongoing work in cancer prevention research.

As a result I have decided to run the adidas Silverstone half marathon on Sunday the 11th of March 2012.

If you can spare anything at all to help me raise money to support the work of WCRF UK I would be most grateful.
