Thinking of doing something this Christmas to support WCRF UK? Here are some suggestions of how you can get involved in helping to raise funds, and increasing awareness of our work:
Carols for cancer prevention
Carol singing is a fantastic way to raise vital funds for WCRF UK, increase awareness of our work, and for you to show your support. Our carol singing fundraisers sing at their own organised events; annual Christmas carol concerts, public places such as shopping centres and train stations, in local churches or community halls and in schools. It is really simple to take part; request your free 'Carols for Cancer Prevention' information pack by calling the Fundraising team 020 7343 4200 or emailing christmas@wcrf.org with full postal details.
Christmas cards purchases
You can order WCRF UK Christmas cards from the comfort of your own home or office. To receive a copy of our new flyer please call the Fundraising team on 020 7343 4205 or email christmas@wcrf.org with your full postal details. Or download it here.
Cards For Good Causes
This Christmas WCRF UK will be selling Christmas cards in two 'Cards For Good Causes' outlets (both in London). WCRF UK is appealing for volunteers to help out during the trading periods of these card shops. If you can spare one or two hours a week, we'd love to hear from you. To order a scratch-off activity poster - packed full of festive facts and fun for you, your family and friends - with a chance to win a cash prize, email christmas@wcrf.org with your postal details or call the Fundraising team on 0800 970 1461.
