"Hi there. As you may know I am running the Great North Run in October with some uni mates. This is to kick start my fitness since the arrival of my daughter Olivia and also to raise money for a cancer charity.

I have decided to run for the World Cancer Research Fund, which is a really worthwhile charity that funds scientific research into cancer whilst promoting a healthy attitude to diet.
