Flora London Marathon – Sunday 26 April 2009

Tim Jones

Tim Jones, an Operations Analyst for a bank, is joining his two friends to run the London Marathon in memory of their good friend, Jon Ratcliffe.

Having completed the London Marathon before, Tim is only too aware of the dedication and strength that is needed to complete the run, and this year he will have the added motivation that he is running in honour of his dear friend, to spur him on when things get tough.

Please support Tim with his aim of raising as much money as possible for WCRF UK.

"I am running the London Marathon for the World Cancer Research Fund in memory of Jon Ratcliffe who sadly passed away in 2008 at the age of 28 after suffering from bowel cancer.

Please give generously to aid research into the prevention of cancer, which afflicts about 1 in 3 people, and help to prevent people like Jon from being taken from life prematurely.
