"I am proud to be running for World Cancer Research Fund for the fifth time. I have had several relatives and friends, including both parents, who have suffered from or lost their lives to Cancer and this is why I support WCRF UK and the fantastic work they in do in researching the causes of the disease and ways of stopping it in the first place.

As well as running it in memory of my parents, Margaret & Bill Rayner, I am also running in memory of Paul Fox (The Ruts) and Adrian Norman (Old Otliensians RUFC president) who have all died of cancer.
