Edinburgh Marathon – Sunday 25 May 2008

John Crisp, a translator and psychodynamic counsellor from Reading, is excited about running his first ever marathon. Please show your support for John running those 26 miles by sponsoring him generously!

"I am running the Edinburgh Marathon for WCRF UK because my sister was diagnosed very late on with advanced colon cancer in 2007, came close to death following the operation and is currently being treated for secondary liver cancer, with a positive prognosis.

I hope that more research into cancer and the prevention of it will avoid anyone else getting such a diagnosis in the future. In order to do this, funds need to be raised, so please help by sponsoring me for taking part in the marathon.”
