Congratulations & Thank You to Team WCRF UK who ran the British 10K London Run on 6 July 2008. Despite the rain, everyone completed the run, some achieving personal bests and others happy to have taken part in their first ever race. Well done!

What is the British 10K London Run?
Known as the most prestigious city centre race route in the UK, this 10km race takes in many sights of London. Starting at Piccadilly, the race begins at 9.35am and passes by famous landmarks such as Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Westminster Abbey, finishing on Whitehall.
