Resources
WCRF UK's resources for health professionals contain practical advice for patients and clients on how to reduce cancer risk by choosing a healthy diet, being physically active and maintaining a healthy weight.
As well as the resources listed below, WCRF UK also produces resources for the general public, which are available to download or order from our Publications section. We are now a certified member of the Department of Health's Information Standard, so people can be sure that our resources are evidence-based and reliable.

A new interactive tool to work out the calorie content of individual alcoholic drinks or to calculate total calorie intake from alcohol over a day or week. Also shows the equivalent calories in food and minutes of brisk walking.

This handy new factsheet for health professionals to use with patients shows the 10 ways that people can reduce their cancer risk. The sheet also features a BMI chart, as well as space to record BMI, waist circumference and three healthy living goals.
