Andrew Rayner
Andrew ‘Billy’ Rayner from West Yorkshire has supported World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK) for many years and is about to embark on his sixth London Marathon for us!
"I am proud to be running for WCRF UK for the sixth time. I have had several relatives and friends, including both parents, who have suffered from or lost their lives to cancer and this is why I support WCRF UK and the fantastic work they in do in researching the causes of the disease and ways of stopping it in the first place.
As ever, I am running it in memory of my parents, Margaret and Bill Rayner and everyone else I have known or had the pleasure of meeting over the years who have succumbed to this disease including, Paul Fox (The Ruts) and Adrian Normanton (Old Otliensians RUFC president).”
