How we make a difference
Since 1990, World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF UK) has funded cancer research and provided people with the information they need to help reduce their risk of developing cancer. For more than two decades we have made huge steps forward with our cancer prevention research, linking lifestyle factors to cancer risk.
As well as providing research and education programmes, WCRF UK works hard to measure the impact our messages have on our supporters and the public.
Monitoring awareness levels can give us information to help further develop our programmes to encourage positive behaviour change, which can offer real hope of a future free from cancer.
